EverQuote Inc. announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,687,500 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $18 per share. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market today under the ticker symbol “EVER.”

Mirantis announced today the beta program for Mirantis Application Platform, based on the Spinnaker open source project. Mirantis Application Platform helps enterprises run applications in the public cloud, employing the approach pioneered by hyperscalers like Netflix and Google and commonly referred to as cloud-native continuous delivery.

Although high start-up valuations are making direct secondaries investments more challenging, they are also making the exit environment more attractive, explains Zach Abrams, managing partner at Stratim Capital.
